A four week Podcast Integration Circle

Wednesdays, September 16 - October 7, 2026
5:30-6:30 p.m. EDT

Investment $197

A guided experience for recognizing the patterns that keep you feeling powerless, reconnecting with your agency, and becoming the director of your own life (act ON life instead of REacting to it).

You don’t have to think of yourself as having a “victim mentality” to be living from patterns of powerlessness.

You may be capable, responsible, resourceful, and highly accomplished. You may also find yourself reacting automatically, focusing on what other people should do differently, overfunctioning to prevent problems, or feeling as though your choices are determined by someone else’s behavior.

This circle will help you recognize those patterns without shame and begin making more conscious, empowered choices.

You’ve listened to the podcast.
You’ve had the insights.
You’ve recognized yourself in the patterns.

And then real life happens.

You’re in a conversation.
Someone’s upset.
You feel the pull to fix, explain, or override yourself.

And suddenly, everything you know feels hard to actually do. Or you recognize that you’re unhappy with what’s happening, but you can’t see where you have power, choice, or responsibility.

That’s the gap this closes.

What This Is

This is a small, 4-week guided experience where we take one focused topic and actually apply it in real life.

Each week, you’ll:

  • listen to a specific podcast episode
  • reflect on how it shows up for you
  • talk through real situations
  • and practice doing something different

Each circle focuses on a specific theme and includes carefully selected podcast episodes, reflection prompts, and live group discussions to help you apply what you're learning in real life.

Upcoming topics include:

✓ From Reacting to Choosing Sept. - Oct. 2026

Who This Circle Is For

DSC03498

From Reacting to Choosing is for women who:

• don’t think of themselves as victims but sometimes feel powerless to change what’s happening
• spend a great deal of energy thinking about what other people should or shouldn’t be doing
• feel responsible for fixing, managing, rescuing, or preventing problems
• automatically react, explain, defend, withdraw, or take over when emotionally activated
• repeatedly find themselves in frustrating situations that seem to involve different people but feel strangely familiar
• struggle to see their choices when someone else is upset, difficult, disappointing, or unwilling to change
• understand personal responsibility intellectually but don’t always recognize where they’re giving away their power
• want to respond more consciously without blaming or shaming themselves

This Circle May Be Especially Helpful If...

  • you’re waiting for someone else to change before you can feel better
  • you often feel trapped, overlooked, mistreated, or taken advantage of
  • you over-help and then feel resentful when your efforts aren’t appreciated
  • you find yourself replaying situations and building a case against someone in your mind
  • you move between feeling powerless, trying to rescue, and becoming controlling or critical
  • you want to become an actor in your own life rather than continually reacting to it

What People Are Saying...

I got this message on the left after the first session of the Pilot Podcast Integration Circle on internal boundaries.

This is exactly why I created this experience!!

Most people already understand boundaries intellectually. What they struggle with is staying connected to themselves when discomfort appears.

That’s the work we’re doing together: learning how to notice internal signals, tolerate discomfort without self-abandonment, and create internal safety in real time.

The quotes below are also after our first session. I can't wait to hear what else comes up in weeks 2-4!

Insight Doesn't Create Change. Integration Does.

Over four weeks, you’ll listen, reflect, discuss, and practice alongside other women who are learning to recognize reactive patterns and reclaim their ability to choose.

You don’t have to control other people, eliminate every difficult circumstance, or always know the right thing to do. You can learn to pause, identify what’s actually yours, and take the next action that aligns with the person you want to be.

If you’re ready to move from reacting to choosing, I’d love to have you join us.
