You Know What to Say.
So Why Can’t You Follow Through?

You’ve read the books.

You understand boundaries intellectually.

You probably even know exactly what you should say.

But in the moment:

  • you give in
  • you over-explain
  • you absorb everyone else’s emotions
  • you second-guess yourself
  • you replay conversations afterward
  • you abandon your own needs to keep the peace

That’s because boundary problems usually aren't communication problems.

They're internal safety problems.

Your boundaries don’t collapse because you don’t know what to say.

They collapse because your nervous system takes over when someone reacts with disappointment, anger, guilt, withdrawal, or pressure, and it becomes hard to stay grounded and trust yourself.

That’s the skill this course helps you build.

Most Boundary Work Stops Too Soon

Most boundary advice focuses on communication.
This course focuses on what happens inside you after the boundary is spoken.

Most boundary advice focuses on what to SAY

Scripts.
Communication.
Confidence hacks.

This course focuses on what happens AFTER

The guilt.
The fear.
The urge to give in.
The discomfort of someone else’s reaction.

Because boundaries hold when YOU hold onto yourself

This course helps you stop overriding yourself in real time so your boundaries become something you live, not just understand intellectually.

WHY EARLY ACCESS ENROLLMENT?

Over the past several years, internal safety has become one of the most important concepts in my work.

After coaching hundreds of women, I've discovered that most boundary struggles aren't communication problems. They're what happens after the boundary.

The guilt.

The second-guessing.

The urge to fix.

The temptation to abandon yourself when someone else is uncomfortable.

That's why I created this internals safety course,  "Boundaries That Hold."

I'm inviting a small group of Early Access Participants to sign up before the full release and receive special pricing plus live support through an exclusive Q&A session.

The Skills You'll Build

This course combines emotional boundaries, internal safety, guided reflection, practical tools, and real-life application to help you stop overriding yourself in the moments that matter most.

You'll learn why your boundaries collapse, what to do when guilt and discomfort show up, and how to build the internal steadiness required to create boundaries that actually hold.

Skill Building Modules

1: Start Here

Learn how to use the course and begin seeing boundaries through a completely different lens. You'll discover why this work isn't about saying things perfectly. It's about what happens inside you after you set a boundary.

2. Emotional Boundaries

Understand why other people's emotions affect you so deeply and learn how to stop carrying responsibility for feelings that aren't yours.

3. Why Boundaries Collapse

Discover the real reason boundaries break down. Learn how guilt, fear, discomfort, and other people's reactions lead you to override yourself in the moments that matter most.

4. Internal Safety

Build the foundation that makes boundaries possible. Learn what internal safety is, why it's the missing piece in most boundary work, and how to create it for yourself.

5. The Moment You Override Yourself

6. Stop Absorbing Other People's Chaos

Learn how to stay grounded when other people are upset, disappointed, angry, or overwhelmed. Their emotions don't have to determine your choices.

7. Boundary Installation Practice

Move beyond understanding and into embodied practice. Teach your nervous system that taking up space, saying no, and honoring your needs are safe.

8. Integration and Daily Practice

Turn insight into lasting change through simple practices that strengthen self-trust, reduce rumination, and help boundaries become part of everyday life.

This Isn't Another Course
You'll Watch and Forget

Most people know more about boundaries than they're actually able to practice. The problem isn't a lack of information.

It's that when guilt, fear, discomfort, or someone else's reaction shows up, everything you know becomes difficult to access.

That's why this course is designed differently.

Instead of rushing through concepts, you'll have opportunities to slow down, reflect, and apply what you're learning to your own life.

What Changes When You Stop Overriding Yourself

When you stop abandoning your own needs, feelings, limits, and truth in order to manage other people's reactions, everything begins to change.

Not overnight.

Not perfectly.

But consistently.

You begin trusting yourself in situations where you used to automatically give in.

Meet Barb Nangle

For years, I thought the answer was learning better boundary scripts. And while communication matters, I've discovered something much deeper through my work with hundreds of women.

Most people don't struggle because they don't know what boundary to set. They struggle because they don't know how to stay connected to themselves when discomfort shows up.

They know what they want.

Then someone gets upset.

Someone is disappointed.

Someone pushes back.

And suddenly they're questioning themselves, explaining more than they want to, or abandoning their own needs altogether.

That's why Internal Safety has become the foundation of my work.

As a boundaries coach, speaker, writer, and host of the Fragmented to Whole podcast, I've spent more than a decade helping women stop overriding themselves, trust their inner knowing, and create lives that reflect who they truly are.

Because boundaries aren't really about controlling other people's behavior.  They're about staying anchored in your own truth when it matters most.

And that's a skill that can be learned.
