You Probably Already Know More About Boundaries Than Your Life Reflects
You know when you want to say no.
You know when something doesn’t feel right for you.
You know when you’re overcommitted, overgiving, or taking responsibility for something that isn’t yours.
But knowing isn’t always enough.
Someone becomes disappointed. They question your decision. They withdraw, argue, become upset, or make you feel selfish. And suddenly, you’re explaining, apologizing, softening your boundary, or agreeing to something you never wanted in the first place.
The problem isn’t that you don’t understand boundaries.
The problem is that holding a boundary can feel unsafe when someone else reacts.
Boundary Bootcamp will help you understand what happens inside you at that moment and develop the skills to stay connected to yourself long enough to choose a boundary.
The Hardest Part Often Isn’t Setting the Boundary
It’s what happens before, during, and afterward.
It’s the guilt that makes you question yourself.
The tension that feels like danger.
The urge to explain until the other person approves.
The fear that someone’s disappointment means you did something wrong.
The impulse to fix everything so you can feel safe again.
This is why scripts alone aren’t enough.
You need the internal capacity to tolerate discomfort without abandoning what you know, what you need, or what is true for you.
That capacity is internal safety.
When you build internal safety, other people’s emotions stop feeling like emergencies you have to fix. You can remain caring and connected without making their reaction the deciding factor in your life.
That is what we’ll work on during Boundary Bootcamp.
What You’ll Learn
During Boundary Bootcamp, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognize the moment you begin overriding yourself
• Identify what you actually need, want, value, and prefer
• Understand why guilt, tension, and disappointment can feel like danger
• Distinguish the discomfort of dysfunction from the discomfort of growth
• Protect your time, energy, emotional wellbeing, and other sacred resources
• Communicate your limits without excessive explaining or apologizing
• Respond when someone questions, resists, or pushes against your boundary
• Stay anchored in your own reality when someone else is upset
• Create a practical plan for applying what you’ve learned after the Bootcamp
This Isn’t Another Workshop About How to Say No
Boundary Bootcamp is an immersive experience combining teaching, reflection, discussion, practical exercises, and opportunities for live coaching.
We won’t focus only on what to say. We’ll explore what makes it difficult to say it, what happens inside you when someone reacts, and how to support yourself through the discomfort that follows.
You’ll have time to apply what you’re learning to your own life and identify the boundary patterns that are costing you the most.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about:
• Where and why you override yourself
• Which boundaries matter most right now
• What makes those boundaries difficult to hold
• How to support yourself when guilt or fear arises
• What you will do differently after the Bootcamp
You’ll never be forced to share anything personal. You can participate in the ways that feel appropriate for you.
Everything You’ll Receive
Your registration includes:

Why I Created This Bootcamp
For years, I thought boundaries were mostly about knowing what to say and how to say it.
What I eventually discovered, through my own recovery and my work with clients, is that boundaries often don’t fail because we don’t know what to do. They fail because we don’t feel safe enough to do it.
Today, I help women create internal safety so they can stop abandoning themselves, trust their own experiences, and build boundaries that actually hold.
I’m a boundaries coach, speaker, writer, and host of the podcast Fragmented to Whole: Life Lessons from 12 Step Recovery. My approach combines honest reflection, practical tools, compassion, humor, and real life experience.
I won’t shame you for the patterns you developed to feel safe. I’ll help you understand them, recognize what they’re costing you, and begin practicing something different.
Boundary Bootcamp May Be Right for You If
• You say yes when you really want to say no
• You know your boundary until someone else becomes upset
• You manage other people’s feelings at your own expense
• You explain yourself repeatedly because you want the other person to approve
• You feel guilty when you prioritize your own wellbeing
• You’re tired of shrinking, overgiving, and second guessing yourself
• You want to trust yourself without becoming rigid or disconnected from others
• You’re ready to look honestly at the patterns that keep you stuck
This isn’t designed for someone looking only for a few quick scripts. It’s for women who want to understand why their boundaries collapse and begin changing what happens in real time.
“Working with Barb changed the way I relate to myself and everyone around me. I finally know how to set boundaries without guilt.”
