This episode describes the many ways I’ve tried my whole life to have a better life, how I got into 12 step recovery, and some of the many ways my life has changed as a result of my recovery. This includes both my thinking and my behavior.
This podcast targets people in and outside of 12 step recovery who seek healing and solutions for how to create manageable lives. It will help them move from fragmented to whole. There are many life lessons from 12 step recovery that are relevant to anyone, whether they’re in recovery or not. Each episode will be brief and centered on a specific topic so people can search for topics in the moment, rather than having to wade through a podcast to see if the topic they’re struggling with is discussed. Some examples of topics include how to become accepting, recognizing and overcoming victim mentality and establishing healthy boundaries.
